During the past 6.5 years, I’ve built a thriving business, coached over 150,000 business partners, and helped countless women step into their potential. But my greatest passion? I was born in Cuba and moved to the U.S. when I was 9 years old, not speaking a single word of English. Growing up, I learned the power of resilience and the importance of chasing big dreams. After graduating college, I landed what I thought was my dream job, working for one of the largest financial companies in the world. I was earning six figures, but I quickly realized I was working harder every year just to make the same income. I felt stuck, overworked, and uninspired.
